FAMILY SECRET MARINADE RECIPE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool. Debone 4 chicken breast halves. Place meat in glass container and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of marinade. Save the rest to reheat and use as au jus. Marinate meat 2-3 hours.

Shish Kebabs: Fresh mushrooms, pineapple chunks, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, parboiled potatoes, marinated chicken breast pieces. Cook under broiler 5 minutes, basting occasionally.
