STUFFED TENDERLOIN 
2 (1 1/2 lb.) tenderloin or 1 (3 lb.) tenderloin
1/2 c. butter
14 oz. can mushrooms
4 to 6 oz. boiled ham
1/2 c. minced green onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 slices cubed white bread
2 tsp. water

Melt butter. Add mushrooms, ham, onions, salt and pepper and cook to tender. Remove from heat and add bread cubes. Slit loin down center and stuff. Tie and broil or grill to desired doneness.
