DILLY BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
1 tsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve together yeast and water. Heat to lukewarm the cottage cheese. Mix all ingredients well and let rise 50 minutes. Stir down and put into greased round casserole dish. Butter top of dough. Let rise again about 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
