SIMPLE FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, in own juice 1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained 12 maraschino cherries, halved 1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, well drained 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; pour lemon juice over all. Sprinkle pudding mix over top; mix gently until mix is dissolved and juice begins to thicken. Chill before serving. Great treat for weight watchers. There are only 2 calories per serving! P.A.W. |
