FROZEN FRUIT IN CREAM 
2-3 c. assorted canned fruits (chunks), berries, grapes, pineapple, etc.
3 oz. soft creamed cheese
1 (7 oz.) lemon lime soda
1 c. chilled whip cream
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. pine nuts or blanched almonds

Blend 1/3 cup fruit syrup into softened creamed cheese. Stir in soda (7-UP). Mix in drained fruit and pour into glass loaf pan; partially freeze.

Use chilled bowl to whip cream to soft peaks and fold into fruit mix with nuts and marshmallows. Freeze in 2-quart freezer dish and thaw enough to slice and serve as salad or as dessert.
