SUNDAY CHICKEN FOR FOUR | |
1 fryer quartered or 4 chicken breasts 1/2 c. orange marmalade 1 pkg. onion soup mix Blend marmalade and soup mix in small bowl. Place chicken in pan and dip sauce evenly on each piece. Cook in slow oven 1 hour or until tender at 325 degrees basting with sauce several times. Serve with Chinese fried rice. |
