CORN BAKE 
1 sm. onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole corn
3 eggs
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese

Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Mix together corn, eggs and Jiffy corn muffin mix. Add to cooked vegetables. Pour into large baking dish, top with sour cream and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately one hour or until golden brown. Serves 8-10.
