SUMMERTIME SALAD 
1/2 sm. head lettuce, torn
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. frozen English peas, thawed
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Hard-cooked egg slices

Combine all ingredients, except egg slices, in a salad bowl; toss gently. Garnish each serving with hard-cooked egg slices. Serve the salad immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
