Sunshine Vanilla Wafers, 1 box
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherries for pie filling

Beat 10 minutes. Place cookies in 2 inch foil cups or paper cups. Fill cups almost half full. Bake 10-15 minutes, 350 degrees. Cool. Top with cherries. (Makes 20.) Refrigerate.
