1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. self-rising flour
1 can Hershey's syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Nestle's semi-sweet morsels
Pecans

Combine cake ingredients; mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 9 x 13 inch oblong pan.

Icing: Combine ingredients. Boil 1 to 3 minutes. Pour on cake.
