SPICY POT ROAST | |
1 (3 lb.) pot roast 1/4 c. wine vinegar 1/4 c. catsup 1/4 c. oil 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Brown pot roast on all sides. Pour mixture over meat and cover. Cook at 325 to 350 degrees for 2 hours or until done. |
