SHERRIED-MUSHROOM CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. dry sherry
1 c. sour cream

Place chicken and mushrooms in oblong baking dish. Beat together the soup and sour cream. Spread over chicken. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven until chicken is tender and top is brown, about 1 hour. (Tastes even better the next day.)
