SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 lb. bacon, diced
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. milk

Brown bacon in frying pan. Drain off fat and add minced garlic, vinegar and oregano. Keep on lowest heat while spaghetti is drained and mixed with butter and cheese (about 5minutse). Beat eggs and milk.

Remove frying pan from heat and add egg mixture, stirring quickly so eggs will not set. Toss with spaghetti and serve immediately. Serves 6.
