SALMON LOAF | |
2 cans (1 lb. each) salmon, save liquid 2 eggs 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. chopped onions 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 c. coarse cracker crumbs Milk Flake salmon. Remove bones and skin. Blend in eggs. Stir in liquid, from salmon, plus enough milk to make 1 1/2 cups. Add all other ingredients. Spoon into greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
