CRISPY EGGS 'N BACON 
6 slices bacon
1 c. sm. crisp croutons
5 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Fry bacon until crisp; remove. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings. Add croutons to reserved drippings. Heat and stir until brown and crisp; remove from skillet.

Slightly beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Add to skillet. Cook until nearly set, stirring constantly. Gently stir in crumbled bacon and croutons. Cook until just set. Makes 4 servings.
