SCALLOPED POTATOES 
10 lb. potatoes, sliced thin
1/2 lb. ham, diced
1 lb. American cheese
oleo
salt
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk

Put layer of potatoes in large pan; top with cheese and ham, then pats of butter, salt and flour. Repeat this layer. Pour warm milk over top. Cover.

Bake at 350°F until tender.
