STUFFED FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak
A little red wine
A layer of mustard
Dashes of garlic powder
1 c. applesauce
1 c. bread stuffing
Handful of parsley
Dash of pepper
Dash of sage
2 pieces of string

Sprinkle red wine over entire steak. Spread a thin layer of mustard over one side of meat. Sprinkle with dashes of garlic powder, to suit your taste. Pierce steak with fork.

Stuffing: Mix applesauce, bread stuffing, parsley, catsup, sage and pepper thoroughly.

Spread stuffing mixture over mustard layer. Roll up and tie both ends with string. Position fat side end up on top of baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, until crispy. Great with yams!
