1 lg. flank steak Flour Bread stuffing (bread, onion, celery, parsley & seasonings) Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Lay steak on bread board and stretch width wise. Flour one side (inside) and then fill with bread stuffing. Skewer together. Place on oven rack in shallow roasting or broiler pan with a small amount of water in bottom. Roast at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven to 350 degrees and roast for the remainder of 1 hour (or less, depending on degree of rareness desired). Slice to serve. Serves 3 to 4. |
