AUNT MARGIE'S PINEAPPLE
CASSEROLE
 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
12 oz. can crushed pineapple
5 slices white bread, cubed
1/4 lb. butter

Beat eggs until fluffy, then mix with other ingredients. Melt 1/4 pound butter and brown cubed bread. Grease casserole dish. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour mixture into dish, and top with browned cubed bread. Bake 20 minutes or until bread is crispy.

Excellent with ham. Can be eaten hot, room temperature or right from the refrigerator.
