QUICK & EASY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. mashed pumpkin, cooked
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
Cinnamon to taste (1/2 tsp.)

In blender mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle extra cinnamon over top if desired. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Then bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
