SPINACH LASAGNA 
1 carton Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 egg
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
32 oz. spaghetti sauce (I like Paul Newman's)
1 c. water
1 pkg. uncooked lasagna noodles

In a bowl mix Ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, pepper, oregano.

In 13x9x2 pan layer 1/2 cup sauce, four uncooked noodles, and some of the cheese mixture. Repeat. Top with noodles, remaining sauces, and Mozzarella. Pour cup of water around edges. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Can be made ahead. Just add water right before cooking.
