SPAGHETTI PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 lb. ground beef or bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. onion (chopped)
1 (8 oz.) can or 1 c. tomatoes (cut up)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato pate
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/4 c. green pepper (chopped)
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Prepare spaghetti, drain and add eggs and butter. Arrange in shallow baking dish as crust.

Brown meat, drain and add green pepper, onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Simmer 10 minutes.

Put cottage cheese over spaghetti. Add meat mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining cheeses and return to oven until melted.
