EASY SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
5 slices bread, buttered, cut in 2" cubes
1 1/2 c. (cooked) shrimp (sm. or med.)
2 c. grated cheese (your preference)
3 (beaten) eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. In casserole or souffle dish, layer bread, shrimp and cheese; repeat.

2. Combine eggs and milk. Pour over layers.

3. Set in shallow pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve with salad. Serves 4-6.
