STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla pudding
1 1/4 c. water
1 prepared pie crust
Whipped cream (optional)

Wash strawberries. Remove stems and slice. Combine Jell-O and pudding in saucepan. Stir in water. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add strawberries. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate until set (3-4 hours). Garnish with whipped cream when serving, if desired.
