En una casuelo grande 250 Gramos de aceite 250 ramos de gambas Pelades 2 guidellas Mexicans 1/2 cucharada de sol En la casuela frito todo yel ajo dorado se parta Garlic Shrimp 4 individual serving casserole dishes 1 c. olive oil 1 c. peeled shrimp 2 hot peppers Mexican Salt to taste 5 or 6 whole garlic cloves Clean cloves of garlic and separate garlic. In each individual dish put equal size portions. Broil in oven until oil bubbles. On top of stove heat to a hard boil. Serve with hard day old Italian or French bread. |
