SWEDISH SALAD 
1 (No. 2 1/2) can chunk pineapple, drained
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 lb. green grapes
1 c. blanched almonds, slivered
3/4 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1 c. sliced celery

Combine pineapple, oranges, grapes, almonds and marshmallows. Mix salt, water, eggs and lemon juice. Cook in double boiler until thick. Add to fruit mixture. Let stand 24 hours. Fold in whipped cream and celery just before serving. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
