ROASTED PIG STOMACH, HOG MAW 
1 pig stomach

Wash and set aside.

1 1/2 lbs. ground pork sausage
1 qt. diced potatoes
2 c. cut up cabbage, cut fine
Salt and pepper to taste

Fill pig stomach with above mixture. Sew up openings. Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown, about 2 hours.
