CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
5 to 6 c. flour
1 yeast cake or 2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
Cinnamon, nuts or raisins

Heat milk, butter, sugar and salt. Let cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add yeast and flour to milk mixture. Let rise until double. Roll, butter, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cinnamon, and 1/4 cup sugar, nuts and (or) raisins. Grease pan. Roll like jelly roll, cut and rise again. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Frost.
