RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 heaping tsp. flour
Lump butter

Mix together rhubarb, sugar and beaten eggs; let stand 1/2 hour. Then add flour, mix together and pour into pie crust in a 9 inch pie pan. Add dots of butter and put on lattice top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
