FRESH CORIANDER CHUTNEY | |
1 bunch fresh green coriander (approximately 3 oz. without lower stems and roots) 1/2 to 1 fresh, hot green chili, coarsely chopped 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground roasted cumin seeds Freshly ground black pepper Combine all ingredients in the container of a food processor; blend while pushing down until mixture forms a paste. Empty the paste into a small glass or bowl. Serves 4-6. |
