DIVINE CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
8 chicken breasts (actually 4 chick breasts cut in 1/2) (cook chicken in pot first, boil)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. plain bread crumbs

Cook chicken first. In same water used to cook chicken, cook broccoli until just tender; drain. Arrange broccoli stalks on baking dish sprayed with Pam, 13 1/2" x 9" x 2". Place cooked chicken on top of broccoli. Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and then bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 8. Serve with warm crusty bread.
