APPLE BUTTER 
Apples
Sugar
Cinnamon
Red hots (optional)
Water

Peel, core and cut into small pieces enough apples to fill crock pot half full. Cover with sugar and cinnamon to taste. Add small amounts of water as needed. Cook on low heat, covered for 24 hours. Stir as often as needed to mush apples.

Red hots to taste can be added with sugar and cinnamon.

Put into jars with tight filling lid and keep in refrigerator.
