JAMONCINAS 
Lg. flour tortilla shells
1 lb. chipped ham from deli (any kind of ham)
16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

Melt just enough butter in a skillet so tortilla shell doesn't stick. Place some ham on 1/2 of shell and shredded Monterey Jack cheese on the other half. When the cheese melts, fold shell in half. Finish heating with ham side down about 1/2 minute more. Then enjoy!
