APPLE CRISP 
6 oz. raw apples, peeled, cored & sliced
1 oz. apple juice
3 tbsp. dry oatmeal
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place apples into a small baking dish and pour apple juice over them. In a small bowl, mix together oatmeal, flour, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread mixture over the apples.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. For best results, use McIntosh, Rome or Jonathan apples.

Makes 2 servings - 1 cup each.
