TAMALE LOAF 
1/3 c. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. corn meal
1 lb. hamburger
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
3/4 c. canned corn

Fry onion and hamburger in oil, drain off about 1/2 of the grease. Add tomatoes; when hot stir in cornmeal. Cook 10 minutes. Stir to prevent burning and lumping. Remove from heat. Add seasonings, canned corn and eggs. Blend thoroughly. Pitted olives can also be added if desired. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees oven until firm and brown. Remove from pan to platter, slice and serve with canned seasoned tomato sauce as a heated gravy. Freezes and reheats well. Serves 6 to 8.
