CRANBERRY AND APRICOT RELISH 
2 lbs. fresh cranberries
1 lb. dried apricots
1 lb. peeled fresh apples
1 1/2 lbs. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Put cranberries and apricots through food chopper until chopped in 1/4 inch pieces; chop apples 1/4 inch pieces. Mix all together with sugar and cinnamon. Let stand overnight before serving. 18 servings.
