CRANBERRY APPLE MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello, strawberry or raspberry
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Dash cloves
3/4 c. boiling water
1 med. apple, peeled, cored, wedged
1 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. crushed ice

Combine Jello, sugar, spices and boiling water in blender. Blend at low speed until dissolved. Add crushed ice and blend on high until ice is melted. Measure out 3 cups Jello mixture and chill until thickened. Add apple wedges and cranberries to remaining Jello in blender and blend on low until fruit is broken into pieces. Stir into thickened Jello. Chill until firm, about 1 hour.
