POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs

Combine pudding mix and cake mix. Then soak poppy seeds in 1 cup warm water. Add oil and eggs. Beat all ingredients 4 minutes at medium speed. Place in well greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes. Remove from pan after cooling 10 minutes. Can also substitute yellow cake mix and coconut cream filling.
