PORK CHOPS WITH CORN MOUNDS 
8 pork chops
1 (#2) can corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs, rolled fine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion, chopped fine
1 med. size green pepper, cut up fine
2 tbsp. melted butter

Brown chops. Beat eggs lightly. Mix in other ingredients. Place chops in roaster, pile corn mixture in mounds on each. Add 1/4 cup hot water. Bake uncovered 1 hour in moderate oven. Corn mounds should be delicate brown when done. Add hot water as needed during baking.
