SWISS STEAK LUGANO 
6 oz. shoulder steak (1/2 inch thick)
1 c. tomato juice
1 c. beef bouillon
1 med. tomato, sliced
1/4 c. diced celery
2 oz. onion, sliced
1/2 bay leaf
Dash of garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat broiler. Place steak on rack under broiler 4 inches from heat. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side until brown. Transfer to small saucepan. Add remaining ingredients; season to taste. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender and sauce thickens. Makes 1 serving.
