TAFFY APPLE SALAD | |
4 c. Granny Smith apples 20 oz. pineapple chunks 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts 2 c. mini marshmallows 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Over low heat mix sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and juice from pineapple. Stir constantly until thickens. In large bowl mix peanuts, pineapple, apples, marshmallows. Stir in Cool Whip with sauce. Mix sauce over ingredients in large bowl. Chill 2 to 3 hour before serving. |
