CRUNCHY TUNA SALAD | |
1 (9 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked 2 c. cooked peas 2 c. diced raw carrots 2 c. diced celery 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped pimento 1/4 c. Italian dressing 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt 1 (5 oz.) can Chinese chow mein noodles Combine all ingredients except noodles; chill thoroughly. Add noodles just before serving. Serve on bed of lettuce, if desired. Yield: 6 servings. |
