1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (17 oz.) yellow cake mix
1 2/3 c. applesauce
3 eggs

Blend sugar and cinnamon. Grease a bundt or tube pan and dust with half of the sugar cinnamon mixture. Blend the cake mix with egg and applesauce. Beat until smooth. Pour half the batter into the pan. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Top with other half of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Turn out onto a service plate.
