UPSIDE - DOWN PIZZA | |
2 lb. ground chuck 1 c. chopped onion 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 1 (8 oz.0 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls Cook beef until brown and crumbled. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Blend and heat through. Spoon into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. Unroll crescent rolls and place on top of cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 8 servings. |
