UPSIDE - DOWN POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. crumbled marjoram leaves
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook sausage and drain. Add onions and green peppers. Cook until done. Stir in flour, basil, marjoram, and tomato sauce. Heat well. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange cheese slices on top. Pour popover batter over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.

POPOVER BATTER:

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. oil

Popover: Beat all together.
