BROILED ORANGE ROUGHY | |
1 1/2 lbs. fresh or frozen orange roughy* fillets, thawed 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/4 c. soy sauce (reduced sodium) Paprika Place fillets in shallow dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Combine butter, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Pour over fish & turn. Marinate for 10 minutes. Drain off liquid and discard. Place fillets on broiler pan. Broil 3-4-inches from the heat source for 10 minutes or till fish flakes easily with a fork-turning once.
