2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 lg. cans fruit cocktail
1 lg. can mandarin oranges

Put dry pudding and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Best to make the night before. Any instant pudding can be used except chocolate.
