SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach
4 hard cooked eggs
8 slices bacon, fried or microwaved crisp, crumbled
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix dressing the night before, then toss rest together before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
