CHOCOLATE SHEETCAKE BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together sugar, flour, soda and salt. Melt butter and add cocoa and water. Bring to boil and pour over dry ingredients. Add 1/2 cup buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Mix together and bake in 18x12 inch pan at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

In saucepan, heat 1 stick butter, 4 tbsp. cocoa and 6 tbsp. buttermilk until dissolved. Add 1 box or 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Pour over cake while still warm. Top with walnuts (optional).
