VEAL SCALOPPINES 
1 - 1 1/4 lbs. veal scaloppines
1/2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. beef consomme
1/4 c. sweet vermouth

Combine flour, Lawry seasoning. Dip each scaloppine and saute in melted butter and olive oil, garlic. Arrange in shallow serving dish or casserole.

Saute in same pan mushrooms in butter. Add beef consomme and vermouth. Pour sauce over scaloppine and put in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
